From abroad you get there by flying to either Edinburgh or Aberdeen

To Edinburgh:
Norwegian Airlines from Oslo – EDI at 12.10, Sunday 11th May
Train from Edinburgh, Waverly station (or Haymarket) at 16.34 or 17.40
(approximately 3 hours on the train)

To Aberdeen:
From Tromsø to Aberdeen: 11.05: 10.15, via Oslo, Stavanger to Aberdeen Dyce.
From Bodø to Aberdeen; 11.05: 10.20, via Oslo, Stavanger to Aberdeen Dyce.

Train to Inverness kl. 21.09
By flying to Aberdeen you have to stay overnight in Inverness.
Or rent a car and drive from Aberdeen Airport to Aviemore, see directions further down.

Directions:
By train:
Aviemore station is right across the road from the resort.

By car:
Take the A96 from Aberdeen towards Inverness. At Keith: left turn for A95 towards Grantown-on-Spey and Aviemore. Follow the Spey valley from Grantown to Boat of Garten and you reach the A9 for the last miles into Aviemore.

From Aviemore and “home”
Norwegian Airlines fly from Edinburgh Thursday.

From Aberdeen:
